Although analysis and quantitation of antibodies and peptides are more advanced and mature, the analytical control of SiRNA has been challenging. Here we provide an innovative recombinant protein which binds to double stranded SiRNA in a high affinity of sub nM. This high affinity of our SiRNA recombinant binding protein make classic ELISA feasible for analysis of both SiRNA and antibodies or peptide from a single method, with our SiRNA recombinant binding protein for capture of SiRNA conjugates and with biotinylated ligand or receptor for detection via the streptavidin-HRP. Our package size at 200 ug is sufficient for coating 20 ELISA assay plates, providing powerful and cost-effective solution for your SiRNA research and drug development. You can also use Nickel plates affinity plate or magnetic beads to absorb our SiRNA recombinant binding protein and eliminate coating via passive absorption. Our SiRNA binding protein captured on ELISA or magnetic beads can be utilized for capture and combined with mass spec for additional analysis. |
